 Denver, Colorado Highlands Garden Village is a traditionally-designed neighborhood built on an infill site. The mixed-use, mixed-income development is located on a 27-acre site that was formerly an amusement park. The development is integrated with already established neighborhoods and is located near downtown Denver, which can be reached by public transit. The development includes senior housing, co-housing and live-work units along with single and multi-family homes. There are also restaurants, shops and a community center located in an historic theater.
